These simple terms apply when you use halldorsson.no, a published browser game or the Family Archive preview provided through this private hobby project.
Free personal use
You may play the games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. No account, purchase or subscription is offered, and using the site does not create a commercial relationship with the operator.
Fair and lawful use
Do not interfere with the sites, attempt to bypass their security, overload the service, distribute malicious material through them, or use their content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Archive preview
The Family Archive is currently a design preview containing sample records. It is not yet a secure repository and must not be used to upload or share private material until real authentication, permissions and protected storage are enabled.
Ownership
The games, visual design, text and original code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms permit playing the published games; they do not transfer ownership or grant a right to republish, sell or present the games as your own.
Availability and responsibility
The sites are provided as a free hobby service and may change, become unavailable or be discontinued. No promise is made that they will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use or unavailability. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you remain in force.
